Shelved Puck Shipping Cane
Shelved puck shipping cane used for the transport of Universal V-1 Pucks, ALS Pucks & Cryo-EM Pucks in dryshippers, such as the CX100. This set includes a shelved shipping cane, locking rod and hooked handle (shown below). Seven pucks (Uni-pucks, ALS pucks or Cryo-EM) may be shipped or stored in this cane.
Remember to always insert the locking rod when shipping pucks in dry-shipping dewars.
Can also be used with the S-Hook Cane Storage Adapter as a Storage Cane in most ICBiomedical standard storage dewars such as the HC34, TW34, ICB34, TW35-6, ICB35-6, or VHC35.

The Shelved Puck Shipping Cane is the premier storage solution for Unipucks, offering pressure sensitive shelving tabs that help hold Unipucks in place when the locking rod is not engaged. Its robust and sleek design can also be used to store ALS pucks, and even Mitegen's Cryo-EM G2 pucks. We recommend a small modification to the pucks to allow the Cryo-EM pucks to engage with the shelving security features for best outcome. The included J-Hook handle allows for easy storage and retrieval from a CX100 dry shipper.
Please be sure to always engage the locking rod fully when using the shelved puck shipping cane with a CX100 dry shipper or LN2 storage unit, to safely and securely ensure your pucks are immobilized.
