Order Goniometer Bases
We offer several different base styles in both standard and reusable formats. They are all compatible with our MicroRT™ capillaries, with MicroMounts, MicroLoops, MicroMeshes, MicroGrippers and MicroTools, and with standard cryo tools, cryovials, magnetic goniometer head mounts, and most automouting hardware. All are precision machined from the highest quality materials for durability and reliability.
Base B1 is available in two versions: B1 (with the flat ledge) and B1A (without the ledge, for ALS-style grippers used at the ALS, NSLS and CHESS.) It accepts all rod lengths.
Base B2 is a copper post-style base that accepts 11/12 mm long rods. Available only with the flat ledge.
Base B3 is available in three versions: B3 (with the flat ledge) for 19 mm rods, B3A (without the ledge) for 19 mm rods, and B3S (without the ledge) for SPINE length rods.
Base B4 is a 3 mm diameter "brass pin" style base common in small molecule/inorganic crystallography. Compared with standard brass pin bases, it has a smaller central hole to tightly hold the rods of MicroMounts, MicroLoops, etc., and an extension to capture MicroRT capillaries.
Bases B1-B3 are available in packages of 1, 3, 6 and 20. Base B4 is available in packages of 20 and 100.
